Chris Champion
Chris has been in the remodeling industry since 2008, when he launched and operated his own business for nine years. Through that experience, he built a deep understanding of what it takes to run projects well—from the details on-site to the relationships with homeowners.
After nearly a decade in residential remodeling, Chris stepped into the commercial side of the industry as a Superintendent with Epic Response. There, he managed larger projects and gained valuable experience in organization, efficiency, and execution.
Even with that expanded experience, his passion remained in residential work and business ownership. In 2016, he joined Southern Craft with his longtime friend Patrick Fearon, combining their experience to build a company focused on quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and doing things the right way.
Chris lives in Ball Ground with his wife and five children.

Patrick Fearon
Patrick Fearon got his start in construction as a teenager, learning the trade hands-on from a veteran cabinet maker in Atlanta. That early experience shaped his approach to building—focused on precision, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way.
When the Great Recession hit, Patrick found himself at a crossroads after losing his job. Instead of starting over somewhere else, he chose to start from scratch—launching his first remodeling company and growing it into a successful business over the next several years.
After selling that company and spending time in the corporate world, Patrick realized his passion wasn’t behind a desk—it was in building homes and working directly with homeowners. He and his partner later founded Southern Craft with a clear purpose: to build quality homes and create a business that supports both great work and a strong family life.
Patrick lives in Woodstock with his wife and their three children.
